POWER WOMEN 232 INDEPENDENCE DAY MESSAGE TO SIERRA LEONE

As Sierra Leone celebrates 60 years as a nation today; our past presidents of PowerWomen232 share their thoughts on what *60 Years of Independence* means to them. 

We are hopeful about the future of our nation and wish fellow Sierra Leoneans a Happy 60th Independence Anniversary.

Power Women232 is a network of professional women and entrepreneurs who came together in 2014, to promote career advancement and development in all fields, through networking, leadership development, social events and community projects.

As an organization, they believe in self-advancement and promotion of careers. Power Women Members inspire one another to become great in their individual professional and personal journeys. 

They are known for their flagship leadership events :

• ‘Conversations With Series’ – An event that brings the stories of successful entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals to Sierra Leonean audiences.

• The PowerWomen 232’s ‘Networth Ball’  is Sierra Leone’s premeir networking and fine dining event.

• Their Community Projects such as Care Baskets for Health Care workers across Sierra Leone during Ebola, a mentorship program for secondary school girls; In collaboration with Girls Empowerment Sierra Leone, Power hygiene packs and talks for teenage and adolescent girls in various schools in Urban and Rural Freetown to name a few.
