In 2013, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, a revolutionary movement was born. Women Mean Business (WMB) emerged as a beacon of empowerment and collaboration for African female entrepreneurs, igniting a spark that would transform the entrepreneurship landscape in Sierra Leone and its diaspora. What began as a humble gathering during Women’s Month has blossomed into a dynamic community, driving tangible change and fostering growth in the African private sector.
